A Taste of Island Life ~ North Island’s Creole Punch

 

The beautiful North Island in the Seychelles recently opened their new West Beach Bar, with bespoke cocktails crafted by their talented bartenders.

 

Try their Creole Punch for yourself with this delicious recipe…

 

Ingredients:

1 Passionfruit, sliced in half

40 ml Takamaka White Rum

20 ml Banana Liqueur

80 ml Mango Juice

Ice

Method: 

Scoop the passion fruit pulp into a highball glass

Pour in the mango juice, stir and add a scoop of ice on top

Add the rum and banana liqueur and stir again

Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy
